We will assist you in arranging for the energy evaluation which takes place in your home, performed by Certified Energy Advisors, who will provide you with the information you need to make good home energy retrofit decisions.
The evaluation consists of two parts:
• The Pre-Retrofit evaluation, attendance at the home, to review exterior & interior of home, confirm locations and document ,photos and counts are taken, testing is conducted, personal information is collected to proceed with the audit.
• The Post-Retrofit evaluation, once energy efficiency upgrades are completed within a period of 18 months from the first evaluation, the advisor will follow up with completion documentation and explain the final steps towards the grant rebate.
